Rani has over 31 years of experience in IT activities and business management in the high-tech industry. He began his career at AVX in the engineering and manufacturing departments, where he saw IT from the users’ side. Rani moved to IT as a senior project manager in SAP implementation projects while working for Ness, and managed the business units for quality assurance and testing of ERP systems at Tescom.
Rani founded that’s IT in 2007, after experiencing the challenges of the IT department and the CIO in general, and IT projects in particular.
Rani has a B.A. in materials science from Ben Gurion University and graduated from Tel Aviv University’s executive education program.
Jack has over 19 years of experience in information technology in system analysis, project management, development, and integration of a variety of technologies and applications.
Jack led ERP and CRM projects and worked as a business analyst of Oracle applications in EDS. He has also managed the PLM team and implementation in ECI’s IT.
Jack has a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv and an MBA degree in both marketing and finance.
Michal joined that’s IT Technologies in 2017. She has over 19 years of experience in Information Technology.
Before working at that’s IT Technologies, she served as ECI’s IT applications manager, principal application manager for Oracle, and IT CRM team manager at Motorola Israel.
Michal has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and an MBA, Specialization in Information Systems, from the Bar-Ilan University.
